Lia! Chengdu Hotel, Chengdu

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were a bit hot due to the central control system set at a high temperature and not as clean as I would have liked, the bed was comfy. The emergency kit, including unexpected items like a condom and paper underpants, stood out. The gym was unfortunately closed, and the staff's service was a bit slow and not very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very luxurious and large, with a small couch and table area, 2 double beds that were really comfortable, and big pillows. The service was efficient and helpful, although a bit impersonal. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the center of Chengdu. The dining experience offered a great selection of Western and Asian food. The facilities were modern and convenient, providing a great overall experience.

The hotel is not the best choice due to cleanliness issues in the rooms, with lots of dust under the bed, a slightly smelly bathroom, and an awful view. The gym being completely closed was disappointing, and the staff provided slow service along with being unhelpful. However, the centralized control system made the rooms too hot, affecting comfort levels.

The location was perfect for shopping, but I wished there was a bit more warmth from the staff. The dining options were varied, but the lack of Western breakfast was a letdown.
